Cut Profile: As its name suggests, the Tenderloin is by far the most tender cut of pork. This cut is great grilled or roasted whole, or cut crosswise into medallions and cooked in a pan. This lean cut of pork is delicate and surprisingly light.
Marinade: Well-balanced medley of red, white, and black peppercorns with garlic, against a slightly sweet brown sugar base.
Weight: Each Pork Tenderloin weighs approximately 14oz.
