Breed: Duroc Boars crossed with “White Line” Sows
Cut Profile: As its name suggests, the Tenderloin is by far the most tender cut of pork. This cut is great grilled or roasted whole, or cut crosswise into medallions and cooked in a pan. This lean cut of pork is delicate and surprisingly light.
Marinade: Our Maple Bourbon marinade is a slightly sweeter option, similar to a traditional Barbeque Sauce, with a kiss of sweet maple and a welcomed hint of bourbon.
Weight: Each Pork Tenderloin weighs approximately 14oz.
